This year is the 138th renewal of the “Greatest two minutes in sports”. But I find the most interesting thing to be the horses names. I don’t know where the trainers or jockeys or owners come up with these names but there have been some classics. But this year there is a whole new flock of horses with great names and I would like to list them off. This is no particular order.

His odds are so low because he had a bad race in the Florida Derby, where his Jockey, Julien Leparoux didn’t have a great race. But Union Rags is trained by the same man, Michael Matz, who trained superstar horse, Barbaro. Union Rags is a wild card and I like him in today’s race.
